The Big Apple

Bridges, subways, towers, strangers. New York is where I practice fitting people and architecture into the same frame. Most of my commercial work doesn't include figures, but knowing how to is useful. Buildings exist because people use them. Mostly shot on a 35mm rangefinder.

Black and white photo of New York City with the Brooklyn Bridge in the background, tall buildings on either side, and a street below.
A bicycle parked next to a black metal fence on a sidewalk covered with fallen yellow leaves, with a brownstone building and decorative iron staircase in the background.
