Architecture Studies

Alongside commissions, I keep a quiet practice. Short studies on how buildings meet people and place. The way light falls through a fire escape in New York. Stone worn smooth by centuries in Scotland. A courtyard in New Mexico holding the afternoon heat. I photograph these not because anyone asked. I photograph them to remember what I'm looking for.
